Opened in 1992 and renovated in 2003, this 7-storey hotel comprises a total of 224 apartments. A glass foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts and hotel safes await guests upon arrival. Guests may chose to dine in the air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (highchairs for infants provided and a non-smoking area available) or enjoy a drink in the café or bar. Further facilities include shops and a hairdressing salon, as well as a TV lounge, games room and a public Internet terminal. Son Caliu Apts.

This apartment complex forms part of the neighbouring hotel and guests are thus able to make use of the facilities on both complexes.
